BAFTA 2021: Estos son los nominados

Consagrados como los premios fílmicos más importantes del Reino Unido, los BAFTA se entregarán el 11 de abril de 2021. La lista de nominados ya fue dada a conocer y en ella se asoman dos claras favoritas: la multipremiada Nomadland de Chloé Zhao y la prometedora Rocks de Sarah Gavron, ambas con siete nominaciones.

El liderazgo de ambas cintas solo ratifica la tendencia en esta temporada de premios: que las películas dirigidas por mujeres magnetizan los reflectores por derecho propio, en un año en el que ellas, de manera incontestable, han firmado lo mejor del cine. Es más, este año en los EE British Academy FIlm Awards encontramos que cuatro de los seis nominados en la categoría de Dirección son mujeres.
